About Us

Our founder, Donna Beestman, has served as an individual coach and advisor for numerous executives and professionals. A seasoned career strategist and executive coach, she founded Career Success Strategies, LLC, in Madison, Wisconsin. She has almost 20 years experience helping clients successfully address career issues and challenges. In Madison, she was the Senior Consultant for an international career transition/outplacement and organizational consulting firm. Before returning to the Midwest, Donna was Senior Vice President & Managing Director for a major human resources consulting firm with over 20 offices on the East Coast.

The firm provided career management services, assessment, leadership and executive team development, and executive coaching to Fortune 100 companies as well as to smaller organizations. She provided leadership for the firm’s international efforts and worked closely with the company’s partners in Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions. Earlier in her career, she was Manager of Performance Improvement Training for a company serving Fortune 500 companies, led a nonprofit as its Executive Director, and was an educator.
Donna has been a career advisor for professionals in banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, healthcare, biotechnology, professional services, government, nonprofits, and trade associations. She enjoys helping clients move into exciting, satisfying new chapters in their personal and professional lives.
Donna earned an MA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and BA from Macalester College. She and her husband George have 2 grown children.Professional & Community Leadership:
